The gaming news aficionados at Endgadget managed both pictures and confirmation of a new hardware bundle with the recently released Slim SKU of the Playstation 3. Coming equipped with the just recently reviewed Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, the bundle’s more attractive option will be its attached hard drive, coming in at 250GB out of box. So soon after the announcement of a 250GB Xbox 360, some industry analysts are speculating that we could be on the cusp of another competitive advertising war, the likes of which we haven’t seen since the “Nintendo’nt” and “Genesisn’t” days.
Unfortunately, no price details or release date is confirmed for the package, although speculation and common sense dictates that consumers will most likely be able to have their hands on it just after the disc release of Among Thieves. Further details will be updated here as they become available.
