Valve has announced Crash Course, the second downloadable content update forLeft 4 Dead. It will be made available worldwide on September 29 on Xbox 360 and PC.
Crash Course takes place between “No Mercy” and “Death Toll.” It will expand the current multiplayer and single player experience for the game.
Crash Course’s primary goal is to deliver a complete versus mode experience in 30 minutes, which is much more direct than the current versus mode campaigns. A recharge timer for infected teammates has been added, and item spawn behavior has changed for more balanced gameplay.
