Bioware has announced that their sprawling dark fantasy RPG Dragon: Age Origins has officially gone gold – meaning the game has finished production and sent a master copy in for production. The game is right on track for its November 3rd release date, and now the prospective delay in the Playstation 3 version has been lifted, making all three copies of the title available on the same launch day, instead of the PS3 version hitting store shelves on November 17th as planned.

“We’re excited to confirm that all three versions of Dragon Age: Origins will be available to fans on November 3 in North America,” said Ray Muzyka, Group General Manager, RPG/MMO Group of EA, and Co-Founder, BioWare. “The Dragon Age: Origins development team was able to polish the PlayStation 3 version to our high standard of quality and we are ready to deliver the richest and deepest role-playing fantasy experience across all three platforms.”
