A piece of news that is sure to shock and sadden Silent Hill fans everywhere, Akira Yamaoka (the series composer) is leaving Konami. The news was leaked by Helldecent.com (a Silent Hill fan site) yesterday. Akira is moving on to pursue “possible solo projects”, exactly what he’ll be working on isn’t known.
The debut of the Nintendo 64 brought true 3-D graphics into the limelight and with them came countless great games. A few months after the release of the N64 came the sequel to Nintendo’s very successful title, Super Mario Kart.
