It now seems more than likely that Infinity Ward co-founders Jason West and Vince Zampella’s lawsuit against former parent company Activision will head to trial. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge deemed their claims as having merit this past Thursday, one of the last stages before a case heads into court. Their lawsuit was originally filed last year around the time of their abrupt firing, claiming Activision canned the duo to avoid paying royalty payments. Fraud allegations were added to these breach of contract claims earlier this year.
God I hope they lose. They’re such slimy bastards that they deserve to be forgotten in obscurity.
