According to a previously available LinkedIn profile of an EA Shanghai employee (originally uncovered by gaming industry Twitter sleuth Superannuation), which has since been taken down, Dragon Age 3: Inquisition will be aiming for next-gen consoles, with the launch date being postponed to 2014. Should the date prove accurate, it could mean anywhere from the beginning of the 2014 fiscal year (beginning for EA in March of 2013) to sometime in the actual calendar year.
With no consoles actually stated for the Dragon Age 3 release, and a late 2013 date as of now, the rumor holds, whoever tenuously. No word from EA about this possible leak.
