Crossover fans rejoice, for the latest in the Disney-Square Enix fantasy franchise of Kingdom Hearts has its…well…heart set on a Western release date. Come September 7th, the PSP-exclusive Birth By Sleep will be available by itself or as part of Sony’s new hardware bundle; which will feature a copy of the game, a silver PSP-3000, a yet undetermined UMD movie, and a 4GB memory stick. Expect more details on the title to come at this year’s E3.
I cannot get on board a series like Kingdom Hearts anymore. I loved the first game and thought the sequel was excellent, but you can’t keep releasing story essential games as exclusives on different platforms. You alienate everyone that way.
This is exactly why I hate the idea of Valkyria Chronicles 2 being on the PSP, it just doesn’t make any sense.
