Announced back on March 1 at the Games Developers Conference, Magicka: Vietnam – the new downloadable content for Magicka – has finally been priced at $5 and dated for an April 12 release for “all major digital distributors”.

Magicka: Vietnam features a lengthy challenge scenario that puts you in the combat boots and stylish robe of a Wizard GI. Venture deep into the Goblin-Cong jungle with up to three fellow soldiers in a heroic attempt to liberate prisoners from a POW camp and face off against deadly Vietnam themed enemies. Destroy enemy positions, escape the perils of the jungle and return safely to the evacuation helicopter (“Get to the chopper!!”).” read the company’s statement on the content.

Magicka: Vietnam also contains a new survival challenge map with increased difficulty in direct response to the request from the community.” The downloadable content also includes a brand new Magick that will call in a napalm strike to take down your enemies as well as tons of new Vietnam-era weapons to play with.

    1. Magicka still doesnt work on my laptop, which is seriously pissing me off. I can run some top end games on high settings, but yet this wont even run.
