Warner Brothers Interactive is taking advantage of the near endless good hype the Caped Crusader has had since Nolan’s Dark Knight, branching out their Batman interactive properties beyond Rocksteady with Gotham City Imposters. Playing as average citizens taking on the mantel of either vigilante or villain, the multi-player FPS from Monolith Products will cast the opposing gamers in a “Team Fortress” style of gunplay (according to a report filed by Kotaku).
Gotham City Imposters will release on PC, Playstation Network, and Xbox Live Arcade. No release date has been given.
