The hacktivist organization – or a portion therein – have announced the creation of a new social network, built on the grounds of a complete lack of censorship. AnonPlus, as the new network is currently known, reportedly began production after the group was blocked from accessing the Google + network. No further plans for the network, including a launch date, have been given at this time.
“Welcome to AnonPlus. This will be your future. This will be our future,” the AnonPlus holding page reads. “Today, we welcome you to begin anew to watch this glorious incipience happen – one upon which you will never turn your back on. Welcome to the Revolution – a new social network where there is no fear of censorship, of blackout nor of holding back…Life is what you make of it – and we are making it. There will be no more oppression. There will be no more tyranny. We are the people and we are Anonymous. We have arrived.”

Well, knowing Anon, they will probably have a lot of firewalls, IP-rerouting software and other things to try and prevent FBI tracking of things posted on the site. An interesting little development.
