The long dormant story of survival Ubisoft has had up its sleeves these past few years is finally stepping into the light. The publisher has announced that I Am Alive, its ever re-worked survival action title, will hit the Playstation Network and Xbox Live Arcade sometime this Winter. The game has built a name for itself as pseudo-vaporware, putting in consistent trailer appearances at trade shows with little actual game footage shown (until now).

“We know people have been waiting for this game to arrive, and we believe it’s going to be worth the wait,” stated Adam Novickas, Marketing Director at Ubisoft, “I Am Alive presents a unique take on the post apocalyptic, survival genre by creating more complex and emotional situations for the player. Xbox LIVE Arcade and PlayStation Network are the perfect platforms to leverage the mature and challenging experiences of the game.”

  1. IT LIVES!

I am interested to see how it turns out after not showing it for awhile. I like the concept of negotiation in a post apocalyptic city.
