Joystiq reports that Adhesive Games has confirmed that its first-person mech shooter will be published by Meteor Entertainment and is currently slated for a release on December 12th. The game, developed by a team of only six full-time employees and 3 interns, has been developed with the Unreal Development Kit and will be an online-only multiplayer game. When it releases, the game will be available as a free-to-play title. A closed beta is currently ongoing, and those interested in participating can sign up for it here.
Been interested in this game since the first screens were released. Really hope I make it into the beta!
The game is looking to overthrow MechWarrior 3 as my favorite Mech game. It looks freaking sweet.
