The remains of THQ’s games and franchises are expected to be sold by mid-May, the ex-publisher has announced in a press release. Their remaining intellectual property has been collected into six lots, which can be found below.
In some cases, the overall ownership of the IP is not what’s actually for sale, just the rights to distribute certain games on certain platforms. THQ has said that initial bids must be submitted before April 1st, 2013, and final bids are due April 15th. THQ has also stated it anticipates a “vigorous sale” as it has received “more than 100 expressions of interest in purchasing various titles”
