Volition Inc., best known for the Saint’s Row and Red Faction series, has announced a downloadable character editor, “Saint’s Row: Initiation Station” for the upcoming Saint’s Row: The Third. The “Initiation Station” editor will allow players to design their Saint’s Row: The Third characters prior to the release of the title. With “Initiation Station,” players can design characters on their own and share them with their friends, or design characters with friends in co-op sessions. Players can also download characters designed by other gamers and further tweak them to their liking.
No release date for the “Initiation Station” has been announced, but fans who want to begin creating their characters earlier can pre-order Red Faction: Armageddon, which will get users into the “Initiation Station” earlier.
