In the final stretch before the launch of the Wii U next month, Nintendo is cutting the price of the Wii in the United States down to $130. Part of a new bundle launching October 28th, the system will come packaged with both Wii Sports and its sequel Wii Sports Resort. The bundle will also include a Wii unit, Wii Remote Plus and Nunchuk controller, all black.
“Nearly six years after it launched, people are still attracted to the pure, inclusive fun of the Wii console.” proclaimed Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America’s Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, “A new suggested retail price and the inclusion of two great games make it an easy choice for families looking for a great value this holiday season.”
