Sony Santa Monica director of technology, Tim Moss has stated that the anticipated PlayStation 3 exclusive, God of War III won’t require a mandatory install and will only use up 5MB of HDD space per game save file. Moss has praised Blu-ray technology saying it was able to fit 35GB of game data on one disc and able to stream game content at 60fps without any loading times. God of War III hit store shelves March 16th in North America and March 19th in Europe
Dahmn! Impressive, way to go Sony Santa Monica.
Nice, if I wanted to install a game, I would be playing PC games, there I don’t care because I have all the room to install games (I know I can upgrade HDDs, but I am not near that point yet).
