Got a friend needing a serious introduction into one of the most prolific video game franchises outside of the Mushroom Kingdom? Capcom has your back, as does their Resident Evil 15th-Anniversary Box. A translation of the original E-Capcom announcement by Andriasang confirms the inclusion of Resident Evil: Director’s Cut, Resident Evil 2, and Resident Evil 3: Last Escape on Playstation executable discs, as well as the soundtracks for Resident Evil: Code Veronica and Resident Evil 4 that were featured in an earlier value pack. The new addition to the formula in the box set is Resident Evil Revival Selection, a PS3 disc that features the HD versions of both Resident Evil: Code Veronica and Resident Evil 4.
The box set is currently an exclusive e-Capcom item in Japan scheduled for release on September 8th. Expected cost is ¥7,800.
