A new look for the PlayStation store was revealed earlier this week by Sony, as a means to help PS3 and PS Vita users find items on the store more easily. Details for new additions – alongside the visual update – include a new “smart search” system with improved filtering, and options to search by price, genre and peripheral-based games (e.g. PS Move).
PS3 and PS Vita content will be separated on the storefront, meaning those with just a PS3 can filter out Vita items. The new store will be released alongside its usual weekly update next Tuesday, October 23rd in the United States, and October 17 in Europe.
