Bethesda Softworks, subsidiary of Zenimax Media and Publisher of the Elder Scrolls franchise, recently opened two new offices in Europe. Located in Frankfurt, Germany and Paris, France, the new fronts will “directly oversee sales and marketing in their respective territories, underscoring Bethesda Softworks’ commitment to its global publishing operations.” Frank Matzke, former European Vice President of Sierra Entertainment, will act as managing director of the German office, and Julie Chalmette, who served as General Manager of Vivendi Games France, will manage the French office.

“The opening of offices in Frankfurt and Paris is a very exciting moment for Bethesda Softworks. We have an incredible roster of upcoming AAA games including Fallout: New VegasHunted: The Demon’s ForgeBrink and RAGE,” said Sean Brennan, Managing Director, Bethesda Softworks Europe. “Frank and Julie’s extensive knowledge of their territories will help us to maximise and deliver upon these titles’ potential.”
