Walmart and Amazon have both made Call of Duty: Black Ops – Declassified available for pre-order, and in doing so have published the first information regarding the first Playstation Vita-exclusive installment in the franchise. Details are included after the jump.

Both retailers have published the same information, indicating that Declassified will feature a campaign consisting of special ops missions, as well as a multiplayer component. The game will delve into “original fiction” within the Black Ops universe, though it is currently not known whether this will mean whether the game also ties into the upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, or focus on an isolated storyline.

Call of Duty: Black Ops – Declassified was unveiled during the E3, but details published at that time were limited. A release date is still not confirmed, with both Walmart and Amazon currently listing a tentative release date of December 31st, 2012.
