During their press event yesterday in San Francisco, Zynga announced that a direct sequel and two new installments in their “Ville” brand are in development. The expected production of FarmVille 2 is underway, along with the Sims-esque life manager The Ville and restaurant simulator ChefVille. No further information was provided on any of the titles, along speculation from The Verge theorizes FarmVille 2‘s main contribution to the franchise will be moderate visual improvements .
