According to Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu (via Andriasang), Ace Attorney will be heading to the 3DS with a new game, Gyakuten Saiban 5. Andriasang also reports that the game will be playable at TGS later this year, with a 15 minute demo on the show floor. Set one year after Ace Attorney 4, Phoenix Wright has made a comeback as the main character, along with a new sidekick, dressed in yellow robes. Rumored screenshots suggest that there will be fully rendered 3D models, with new facial expressions as well.
A follow up report from Pocket Gamer states that Ace Attorney 5 will be getting a release in the West. No word on any release dates so far, but so it is currently expected for a release sometime in 2013.
