THQ Inc. confirmed a release date for their upcoming epic action title, Darksiders, where players compete a horde of demons and monsters as the horseman War on a post-Rapture Earth. The blockbuster IP will hit store shelves on January 5, 2010, simultaneously for both the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions. Europe will receive the same versions on the 7th, with Asia Pacific regions waiting until the 8th. The game features the voice talents of Liam O’Brien and Mark Hamill, and sports an art style compliments of famed comic book artist Joe Madureira.
