The latest issue of GameInformer has confirmed what many have been expecting for over a month: Cole McGrath is back. inFAMOUS 2 will put the electrically-inclined super/anti-hero in a brand new city, equipped with new abilities and a new voice actor. No more details have been released, but expect to have most preliminary questions answered at Sony’s press conference later this month at E3.
New voice actor for the same character, eh? Regardless. This is great news for inFAMOUS fans.
That’s a shame. I really liked Cole’s original voice.

I don’t like the new face of cole… he looks to much like a movie star.
And it’s weird that they wanted a voice that was deeper. I wonder how that will turn out. My prediction… not well. It would be like changing the voice of Nathan Drake.
Yey new inFAMOUS, boo new Cole. Yey I don’t really care that much as long as the story and gameplay is just as great.
Well I have the issue, will check it out eventually. I am excited about a new game, but not a new voice actor, the old Cole was perfect. I knew there was going to be a sequel because of all the room they left open at the end of the first.
