In a move that surprises a single assembly worker in a remote Taiwanese village, Polyphony Digital has announced that it is yet again delaying the launch of Gran Turismo 5. The delay may only be for a month however, as the game (originally intended for November 2nd) is still planned for the 2010 holiday season. The delay appears to affect all regions.
Taku Imasaki, Producer for the game at SCEA, commented, “…the game’s release will be coming this holiday season. We sincerely apologize to GT fans for the delay, however, creator Kazunori Yamauchi and the team at Polyphony Digital want to make certain they are creating the perfect racing experience, and we are confident that this ambitious game will exceed expectations when it launches. We’ll have more information for you in the near future.”
Yamauchi, buddy…I both love and respect you man, more than my mother even. But you just MOTHERFUCKING had to do it didn’t you? For FUCKS SAKE! Give me my god damn already paid for Signature Edition Gran Turismo 5 game already! FUCK!
