After having teased gamers with the promise of a new trailer for L.A. Noire, Rockstar has finally released the first in-game glimpse at the open-ended mystery-solver ever since the original debut trailer was released in 2006. The game, which has been in development at Team Bondi for over six years, was originally set to be exclusive to the Playstation 3, but reports from earlier this year indicated that the game will also be released for the Xbox 360.
The trailer, which can be found after the jump, shows protagonist Cole Phelps at several murder scenes and also shows off the realistic recreation of 1940-Los Angeles. Rockstar has confirmed that the game will be released in Spring 2011, but has not provided a more specific release date.
Based simply on the trailer…DO WANT NOW.
