Sony recently confirmed that Jak and Daxter will be joining their fellow exclusive franchises God of War and Sly Cooper with a bundled collection for the PS3. Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy (2001), Jak 2 (2003), and Jak 3 (2004) are all confirmed to be up-rezzed and given trophies for the yet to be determined release. Let’s hold out hope that there will be room on the blu-ray for Jak X: Combat Racing.

So glad that this is happening. Hopefully Ratchet & Clank will also get a HD release for its 10th anniversary next year.

I’d like that too, I love the older Ratchet & Clank and Jak & Daxter games, I want Naughty Dog to bring Jak & Daxter to the PS3(not a HD remake, a new game), maybe they’ll do it now because uncharted 3 has just been released.
It’s just something about these older games that i love back on the PS2, just have a really nice ‘feel’ to them if anyone knows what I mean? it’s games like this that make my nostalgia go mad =)
