Late last week, Sony announced a new title known as LittleBigPlanet Karting via Twitter. More information is included after the break.

Gamasutra reports that the game was accidentally revealed on Twitter by a US retailer earlier in the week, with the Tweet that has since been removed stating that the game will use a new steering wheel peripheral for the Playstation Move. Though Sony has since confirmed the title to be in development, further details have not been published. Media Molecule, the studio behind LittleBigPlanet and its sequel, has not made any comments on the matter, so it is currently unclear whether LittleBigPlanet Karting is being developed inhouse, or if another studio is currently working on this particular title.
