Due to a DRM malfunction, Steam users who have recently purchased Batman Arkham Asylum have been reporting that their copies won’t activate. The SecureROM DRM that comes with Batman Arkham Asylum requires the key for the game to be in their registry, which users of Valve’s digital distribution hub appear to be missing. Many attempts have been made to work around this issue, but none so far has worked. No comment has been made by either Valve or the game’s publisher Warner Bros, other than that Valve is working with WB to fix this issue.
