Rockstar San Diego, developer of Midnight Club L.A. as well as Red Dead Revolver in 2004, has released a grand total of 15 new screenshots for their upcoming Western Action / Adventure Red Dead Redemption. The screenshots can be found after hitting the link!
Set in 1908, a while after the events from Red Dead Revolver, Red Dead Redemption is set to take players back to the Wild West. Similar to the Grand Theft Auto series, also developed by Rockstar Studios, the game will feature an open world. Unfortunately, little other details are known about the game at this point. However, with the 15 screenshots released earlier today, it quickly becomes clear that the game is set to become an explosive mix of action and exploration. The game is set for a release in the first half of 2010, and will release for both the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.
