Take-Two has confirmed that the Turtle Rock FPS Evolve has been delayed to February 2015, in its Q1 2015 financial results.
In a conference call with investors Take-Two president Karl Slatoff said the delay was made to ensure the studio had sufficient development time “and take advantage of a favorable release window.”
Evolve was announced in January, and is being developed by the team who created Left 4 Dead. The game puts players in a 4 versus 1 scenario, where a team of hunters work together to defeat a single player-controlled monster who is also tyring to defeat the hunters.
