Gearbox Software’s RPG-cum-shooter Borderlands will be coming to the PC with a vest full of flair, if Steve Gibson has his way. Speaking to Destructoid, Gibson confirmed that the Steam launch of the title will come attached with various extra features not available on console. Proud gun owners can export image files of their boomsticks to .jpg files to share around and about the internets, as well as graphics and a menu-interface created with the intent for mouse-and-keyboard control. Despite being unneccessary for console play, the PC version will be equipped with timedemo benchmark software as well. Pre-order and final release dates are expected to be announced soon.
That sounds….. actually incredible!!
