Atlanta, GA –  Digital distribution platform Gametap announced today that it has renewed and expanded the distribution agreement it has with publisher Ubisoft for several recent titles. In addition to Prince of Persia and HAWX, which had been available on the platform since last month, Gametap may now also add several other popular games to its catalogue.

Though 50 new titles will be added from Ubisoft, the most prominent include Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry 2, all three instalments in the Brothers in Arms series and several games from the Tom Clancy series such as Rainbow Six Vegas, it’s sequel and both instalments of Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter. All of these will be available on-demand to subscribers of the Gametap service. Besides being a distribution platform for recently released games, Gametap has an extensive library of games that were released on older consoles such as the NES and the Sega Dreamcast.
