Earlier today in a press release, Nintendo stated that the next installment in the long-lasting Legend of Zelda series would be released for the Nintendo DS later this year. More specifically, The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks will be released worldwide on December 12th. In Spirit Tracks, players will take control of a train to navigate the world of Hyrule. Additionally, players will control a unique set of armour that is able aid in combat and protect Link from flames and lava.
