Earlier today, Ubisoft revealed that a new instalment in the Ghost Recon series will be released during the holiday season later this year. The game is officially known as Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier and is currently in development at Ubisoft Paris, the same studio that worked on both instalments in the Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter series.
Ubisoft also announced that a multiplayer beta will be available for Xbox 360 users who purchase Splinter Cell: Conviction, which will release on April 26th. This beta will be available at some point during the summer.
While the multiplayer beta appears to be exclusive to the Xbox 360, the game will also be released for the Playstation 3 at the same time the Xbox 360 version is released. More information regarding the PC version of the game will be made available at a later date.
I wonder why they are dropping the GRAW name… instead, its GRFS… try saying that.
