Call of Duty: World at War DLC has sold millions with its Nazi-Zombie horde mode pitting you against endless waves of undead. Infinity Ward is planning not to follow in Treyarch footsteps and has announced they are going for a more realistic approach, “There will be no Nazis or zombies in any piece of Modern Warfare 2 downloadable content.” states Robert Bolding spokesperson of Infinity Ward. Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 DLC is planned to release in April for the Xbox 360 and for the PlayStation 3 the following month.

  1. I think this is a good move by Infinity Ward… Something tells me that they want to do something new, but I’m not sure they could pass up the amount of money they would make for MW3.

  2. But what is the fun in that. Nazi-Zombies was a selling point for WaW. It just seems that they want to stick to the same unoriginal map packs that if they were allowed on PC, would be free by the community a couple of days after the game was released. My exact problem with charging for map packs, the community usually makes better maps. Hell they didn’t even give an option to make maps, Halo 3 had it, and that is near a 3 year old game, and look at the maps that are made from them!
