Famed RPG publisher/developer Level 5 (Dark Cloud, White Knight Chronicles) has announced that it will open a new studio in Santa Monica come this September. Known as Level 5 International America Inc., but the company has yet to clarify if the studio will either be development or administrative-based. A new European studio is also planned for the near future.
