MDK 2, a third-person shooter developed by Bioware and originally released in 2000 for the Sega Dreamcast, will soon be re-released on WiiWare. The game, featuring janitor Kurt Hectic equipped with the iconic Coil Suit and Sniper Helmet, will be available for WiiWare somewhere early 2011. Additionally, an HD remake of the game for the PC is currently in development, though a possible release window for this edition was not indicated.
It was not stated if any of the versions would include new content or gameplay modes. Those who do not wish to wait for the HD remake of the game are able to find the non-HD version of MDK 2 available on Steam, where it is currently on sale with 50% off.
