  1. I’m loving the idea but what’s a Fallout mohawk? And what’s with the site’s fixation with hair? Don’t you people know voicing your furry-love is a quick way to get a permanent spot at the very bottom of society? Jeez…

Anyways, looking forward to it. I’m loving the game myself so i hope you guys have a lot of fun with it (and forget about that Bethesdian blasphemy…). By the way, playing it on PC? Mods? There’s already a bunch of great Oblivion->FO3 working mod ports at newvegasnexus.

    1. Yup! PC. I don’t know if we’ll do any mods or not. I’m going to starve myself of playing it so when I start on the 19th, it’ll be my first time playing.

I’m also really psyched to see that YOU are loving it!

      1. Sure, loving in a “some douchebags ruined my favorite franchise and turned it into a nonsensical, boring, bland and ugly gore fest with dumb gameplay and poor roleplaying mechanics implementation, but now some peoples fixed most of that but damn, it’s still the same engine” kind of way 😀

Most things are for longtime fans (i.e. the ones that don’t boast their 100+ hours FO3 playthroughs…) so i suppose if people is expecting improvements following Bethesda’s school of design are in for disappointment. Who’s doing the official EG review?

          1. I think that reviewers should replay FO3 before reviewing NV. You just forget how bad the writing is and how little sense de world makes…

          2. It’s a cool idea and it was a good and well designed quest but it’s one in a million. There’s that surprise when you deal with the ghouls trying to get to Tempenny Tower and that’s cool too, but the game’s writing’s so awful and everything is just so plain stupid it’s painful. Just give the simple existence of Little Lamplight a second’s thought. See?
