Sony has announced that Angry Birds, the smash-hit that took that iPhone and iPad by storm in 2010, will be released in the Playstation Store later this week. The game will be released as part of the Playstation Minis collection, and is therefore available for both the Playstation Portable and the Playstation 3. Sony did not disclose at what price the game would be available.
Last November, developer Roxio indicated that versions of Angry Birds were also coming to WiiWare and Xbox Live Arcade, but these versions have yet to be dated.
