NetherRealm Studios and Warner Bros Interactive have announced additional details on plans for its downloadable characters for Mortal Kombat. Previously confirmed characters include the blind warrior, Kenshi, and the purple ninja, Rain. Beginning June 21, gamers will be able to download Skarlet, a blood-thristy ninja made out of the red stuff, for 400 Microsoft Points on Xbox Live and for $5 on the Playstation Network. Also on June 21, NetherRealm will allow players to download a free content pack that allows players to fight Skarlet without the paid DLC. The pack will include a series of “klassic” skins for characters Cyrax and Sektor.
