VG247 reports that Amazon UK has released some details regarding the pre-orders of some of the major titles slated for a release later this year. According to these figures EA’s flagship FPS, Battlefield 3, is currently seeing 2,302% more pre-orders than its predecessor: Battlefield 2 from 2005. Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception is currently seeing an increase of 488% when compared to the number of pre-orders for Uncharted 2. Some additional details are included after the jump.
- Fifa 2012 is seeing 325% more pre-orders than Fifa 2011
- Batman: Arkham City pre-orders are up by 349% as compared to the original Batman: Arkham Asylum.
- Pre-orders for Gears of War 3 are exceeding those of Gears of War 2 by 216%
- Likely to become the biggest launch of the season, Infinity Ward’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is already seeing more than 321% more pre-orders than Treyarch’s Call of Duty: Black Ops.
