Visionary director bros Ridley (Gladiator, Alien) and Tony (Domino, Top Gun) Scott have been confirmed to be creating video content for Activision’s “Call of Duty: Elite” subscription service. Eric Hirshberg, Activision Publishing CEO, made the announcement during an address at the 13th Annual Pacific Crest Global Technology Leadership Forum, according to USA Today.
In terms of what to expect from the Scott brothers, Hirshberg offered only that they are planning, “exclusive episodic entertainment built just for the Call of Duty community. We are working with the likes of Will Arnett and Jason Bateman, Ben Silverman and Ridley and Tony Scott to create this content.”
“Call of Duty: Elite” is set to launch on November 8th for PC, PS3, and 360 alongside Modern Warfare 3.
