VG247.com reports that Rockstar Games has unveiled a Game of the Year edition for 2010’s Red Dead Redemption. This edition will include all the DLC that has been released for the title so far, including the stand-alone expansion pack Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare and all content that was previously only available as a pre-order bonus. In addition to this content, the Game of the Year edition will feature an all-new “hardcore” mode for the single-player storyline, though no information is currently available as to the precise details of this mode.
The Game of the Year edition for Red Dead Redemption will be released for both Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 in North America on October 11th, at a suggested retail price of $49.99. An international release date has been set for October 14th.
