Sierra Online vets Mark Crowe and Scott Murphy, best known for their creation of the Space Quest adventure game franchise, have created a new studio, Two Guys from Andromeda. The newly founded developer will focus entirely on the adventure game genre, their first announced project – Two Guys Spaceventure – looking to keep in tune with the duo’s 25-year old habit of self-reflexive parody.
“The way games are made and gotten into a player’s home has changed greatly,” read the new studio’s statement, in part, “We are adapting to the changes, taking advantage of them and charting our own course through space and looking forward to finding that ‘new game smell.'”
