After fulfilling the role of “Special Advisor” and unofficial community manager at Capcom for the past six years, Seth Killian recently announced that he would be moving on from the Japanese developer / publisher to “continue on a new path [that would] let [him] embrace a new dream.” Now, two weeks after his announcement that he would be leaving Capcom, Killian has announced on the Sony Playstation Blog that he has joined the Sony Santa Monica studio as the lead game designer on the PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale.

The game, a brawler-styled title that was revealed last April, features major characters from existing Sony and third-party franchises and is set for a release later this year on Playstation 3 and Playstation Vita.
