In the wake of Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning-developer 38 Studios’ recent bankruptcy, Epic Games has announced that it will be opening a new studio known as Impossible Studios to provide a new home for a portion of the 38 Studios development team.
Epic Games announced the news on its own website, revealing that the new team will be working on Infinity Blade: Dungeons for iOS. The game is scheduled for a release later this year.
Impossible Studios will be headed by Sean Dunn, who was the general manager of 38 Studios. It is not known how many former staff members of 38 Studios will be working at Impossible Studios.
