As part of this morning’s Wii U Preview, Nintendo unveiled the release schedule for the tablet-lead hardware. Gamers will be able to get their hands on two versions of the Wii U on November 18th in the United States. A white, 8gb standard version of the console will retail at $300, and a premium 32gb console set (with a copy of Nintendoland) will sell for $350. The latter will also come with a 2-year subscription to Nintendo Network Premium, which offers a 10% discount on digital software purchases. A second Wii U Gamepad tablets will only be available through Nintendo’s Customer Support, Nintendo of America’s PR Director Marc Franklin told Shack News. Individual game prices have joined the rest of console releases at $60.

The format was similar to their Japanese livestream discussing the same information t their 8am BST (Midnight, PST) livestream. There, it was confirmed that the Wii U will come with 2gb of memory total, compared to the PS3 and Xbox 360’s 512mb. The 8gb standard edition of the Wii U will retail at ¥26,250, the 32gb premium set costing ¥31,500. Both will launch in the region on December 8th.

The entirety of the Wii U’s launch period (November 18th – March) was also detailed, and can be found below (via Joystiq). Bayonetta 2, sequel to Platinum Games’ high concept, high gloss action platformer, has been unveiled as a Wii U exclusive, but was given no launch date. The “full Call of Duty” experience was also promised for Black Ops 2 on the system, which will support Wii U Pro Controller and Motion Plus, in addition to offering a co-op campaign that has one player on the TV and the other on the Gamepad (the solo campaign can be played on the Gamepad itself).
