Sega has confirmed to Kotaku that Sega Studios Australia will be closed “later this year.” Little else was said about the move, so there is currently no word on how many employees will be affected.
The studio was originally part of The Creative Assembly Australia, which created Medieval 2: Total War and Stormrise, before being renamed to work on London 2012 Olympics.
