Kotaku has cited two unnamed sources claiming F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate developer TimeGate Studios has laid off its entire staff, with one source saying everyone was sent home early.
Back in March, TimeGate had reportedly laid off an unconfirmed number of staff, and last week the publisher filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Following a legal clash with Southpeak Interactive, TimeGate now owes the publisher $7.35 million in damages and had to forfeit rights to the Section 8 franchise.
TimeGate has yet to officially comment on the matter.
